Wrong sunglasses received. Seller tried to tell me they were a ‘remix’ version of what I ordered, which was not true. Eventually they said they had made a mistake and offered me a gift voucher to keep the item. I accepted the voucher and they then said they had made a mistake and retracted the offer. When I complained about this, they accused me of trying to get something for nothing and became passive aggressive calling me ‘love’ in messages. A fractious experience, never again.
