The item was as it was described in the posting. It arrived on time however, the package was damaged. THIS is not the fault of the vendor but rather the shipping company. Set up was fairly easy and I had it working in about 20 minutes. My only disappointment is that the remote does not have a volume control. I was able to get my old remote with volume control to work with this Fire TV 3rd Generation 4K Media Streamer. Again, the lack of volume control is not the vendors fault. Overall I like my
