I purchased an unusual antique Japanese plate. After placing the order and paying for it, I had a question about authenticity. I think she took my question as a rebuke of her honesty. The next day, she cancelled my order and refunded my money without notice. eBay read the transcript of our conversation and told me to contact the seller to release the plate. I did this but I never heard a word from the seller after she informed me that she cancelled the order. Extremely bad experience.
