Price paid is for P&P. Ebay also take a percentage off P&P hence the price. I know, I think this is wrong too. Postcards arrived damaged and bent in a small envelope poorly packaged, this could
have been avoided, by simply putting them between cardboard. Now my money is in limbo until they get returned overseas. Buyers beware this is bad business, I wouldn’t purchase anything from this seller
again.

Items are securely packaged in a protective sleeve in strong board backed envelopes which I've never had a problem with. To package the items with further stiffeners would greatly increase the postage which buyers aren't willing to pay, and which you didn't pay for. The envelope was clearly manhandled by the carrier which I can only apologise for, this is not my fault and you have also been offered a full refund because of it. Unfortunately these things do happen which is out of my control.
