I emailed the seller and asked if this was a full size, new product. Seller wrote back and assured me it was, and even gave me the weight which indicated full size product. This was all fake. Product was trial size and had already been tested. Blechhh! Seller won't accept returns so I'm going to file a case with eBay because they claim to guarantee all transactions.
