The phone is in excellent condition (as stated in the listing), it could pass as "new". There are not even any faint scratches on the display or back. The only negative to the experience was the shipping (FEDEX) - it took longer than I paid for. I purchased the phone on Saturday, so I purchased the 2-day FEDEX delivery service expecting to receive the phone on Tuesday or Wednesday. The phone shipped early Monday morning, but did not arrive until Thursday. It should have been here Wednesday!
