The purchase experience was fine, item is as described, shipping was fine. However, the sweater is so full of toxic smells - detergents, softeners, something - that even after days of soaking it in vinegar and borax, it still is atrocious. I will not be able to wear it. Please use free & clear cleaning products!

We never add anything scented to the items that we sell however we sell preowned clothing that we are not the original owners of. Scents are very subjective and while we didn't notice anything strong on this item we have no way of knowing what the original owner may have used on it. For this reason we offer free returns for ANY reason, no questions asked. This buyer did not reach out to me at all or request a return. I have sent them a message reminding them that are welcome to open a return.
