A lovely item well packaged but let down by the extremely slow despatch, purchased and paid for on the 13/4 didn’t despatch until the 20th then another 3 days to arrive. No communication from seller to explain the late despatch, if I’d have had an explanation I probably wouldn’t have minded.

I do select the 5 day handling window on my listings this does not include weekends and as you purchased on a Saturday this would mean 5 days starting from Monday. I go to the post office once a week and usually on a Friday. Your order was posted on a Saturday (2nd class as stated in the listing which is 2-3 days) so just a day late my end. There are no late collections on a Saturday from my small post office so it may not have been collected from them until Monday. That is out of my control.
