I bought this item at the same time I bought another item from this seller and it had the exact same issues.
Damage indicating it’s clearly not ‘NEW’ like the listing indicated.
Arm came off and he can’t reliably sit up due to his right arm having been pushed inwards.
HORRIBLE packaging. No cardboard box or bubblewrap wrapping to pad and protect the item so it was likely damaged even more during its travel to me.
I likely won’t keep this item due to how damaged and ugly it is. Don’t recommend

I don’t recommend buying from this seller.
Item was listed as ‘NEW’ but arrived without its original packaging and with plenty of damage. Indicating the ‘NEW‘ in the listing was false and I was lied to.
When I picked up the item in the mail, it was only in a plastic bag. No cardboard box or bubble wrap packaging… so the item was likely damaged more during its travel.
I don’t even want to keep this item anymore due to how ugly and damaged it is.
Very disappointed and annoyed.
