One was chipped and the other completely broken. They would be beautiful if only they were usable :( the worst part is that they were each individually wrapped in bubble wrap and then stuffing as well making it obvious they were put in that way-the box wasn’t damaged at all.

There is absolutely no way I would ever ship anything damaged and I have tons of pics to prove it was in perfect condition when we shipped it. And I have no idea why you didn’t even contact me because this could have very easily been resolved?!? I’m just a mother who is grieving the loss of my 25 year old daughter and selling stuff trying to give others great deals on things that mean nothing to me anymore…
