Dress was as described however the fabric looked faded when it arrived so I was disappointed as it looked old not as I expected when it was described as new with tags

So how can it be 'AS DESCRIBED' then in the same sentence implying that it's 'NOT'?
This dress is 'BRAND NEW WITH TAGS' I think what ever device your using to view items has the colour settings to high. 'NOT FADED AT ALL' and why did you not want to return if it were as you say?
