The Compact Disc Player seems to be working ok. It does occasionally reject the CD when loading one into the drawer but persistence pays off. It's a good replacement for my old one and has integrated into the rest of my Sony stack system. The supplier did not answer my question about compatibility before I bought it so I had to go at risk when I purchased it. Fortunately it is compatible.
