Bought this balloons 2 weeks for my son's birthday. Paid for it straight away including the postage cost. It didn't arrive for his bday,messaged the seller and she said it must be at sorting office. In the end I've got a letter from Royal Mail that my item is on hold coz the sender didn't pay the full postage! I paid for it so I can got the balloons as I bought it for £7. Seller won't reply to my message as I want a refund for the £ 1.50 as I paid the postage when I bought the balloons. Terrible
