I received my Racking, the packaging was damaged and the parts were protruding out of the carton. The instruction were destroyed, fortunately the second box was intact and the Instructions are positively useless. This is not the fault of the seller, hence the positive score. Fortunately I don't need it for anything heavy, or it would collaps. I have 20 or so brackets to find homes for. Because the instructions are rubbish, I have no idea where these parts go.
