Buyer is an adolescent - I offered return or partial refund. He wanted to send me video on different platform and my reply was "no thanks" He took that as I was blowing him off when I had already offered return. Using other platforms to communicate is against Ebay policies. All he had to do was select return and never even contact me. He has also refused to take this feedback down until he gets his money which will not be sent to him till product is returned.
