I’m UK based. The seller /DHL provided incorrect export details resulted in 12% extra payment and several weeks to resolve with DHL (and time spent resolving).
Watch arrived and did not work. Seller did offer to cover postage and refund if I returned but had to balance cost to fix in the UK vs time/effort to return (and reclaim duty/tax refund). Asked if they would offer partial refund to help towards cost to fix , but “No”. First time in 10+ years buying watches had an issue. Please be careful.
