FOLLOW UP ON BELOW. After checking order and estimated delivery date buyer was given at purchase the item arrived within the dates provided so in actual fact it arrived on time. It was a $9 item with free post. There is always one in every crowd.

The only thing I have no control over is the delivery time of items with australia post particularly when they are small inexpensive items sent regular letter post. Australia Post have cut back on their standard mail delivery and are no longer delivering every day and some areas every few days. Unfortunately I wear the feedback for that. Small items under $10 I barely make a profit on seem to do more damage than good and no appreciation for the bargain quality product or mention of it.
