    The clock was exellent... Very pleased ! Unfortunately the seller's description on the shipping invoice forms was very vague and that caused a lot of problems at my end resulting in a 1 week delay clearing customs, while I sorted out the problem and got it cleared.

    Thank you for your feedback and cooperation. In 99% of my shipments customs has enough information from the shipping forms and in a rare situation customs want to some extra information. When extra information is needed I always provide it so the clearance process goes faster. My goal is always to make sure that the buyers receives the items as soon as possible.
