Seller shipped the incorrect item. Told me they were out of the style I ordered and sent me this instead. Seller said that they'd be out of what I had ordered for a month. The only way to receive a refund was to ship it back internationally for inspection, and then I would have to wait for them to have what It was for a gift, and I could not ship it back, receive a refund, purchase another item, and wait for it to be shipped again in my timeframe. I wish they had just told me they were out.

Thank you for your purchase. If you don't like the product, you can just open a return request. It was a simple problem, but it didn't solve the problem. I tried my best. This was the most complicated thing I've ever had to deal with, and I'm tired of dealing with it. I sincerely hope that the next transaction will go smoothly.
