I used it to convert a single-speed BMX into a 6-speed. 3 sprockets in the back and 2 in front. I might have to put a longer adjustment screw for the large sprocket side it might jump off onto the dork disk. It seems to shift and work fine on a sprocket it wasn't designed to work on. I used a 6/7 speed chain on the 3 speed sprocket. I had to mount Sunlite friction shifters on the top tube to make it work with a gyro rear brakes.
