Wrong item was shipped, return shipping was problematic and at the end didn't work at all as the seller failed to get a deliveryman to my door properly, even though I asked originally to bring the parcel to the post office myself. Very disappointed, but thankfully the customer support of eBay issued a full refund for all this mess, after that the seller called me a thief and threatened me with a Police claim, even though I was sold a wrong item in first place.

My only mistake was that I did not send the return waybill via ebay but directly to the e-mail address. The buyer got a full refund and said that he would not send back the item.
