        Richard, it is up to you to request a refund through eBay. There is a procedure and when I click on the accept button all funds get settled. I can see that you are new to eBay by your low transaction number. Go to the resolution section and request for a refund and explain why you canceled the order. Usually ordered by mistake works well.
