I would recommend reaching out directly to this seller through their website and not through eBay. After a couple of failed attempts at a response through eBay, I sent an email to the address found on their external website as the item was not as described (the saddle rails were cro-mo and not titanium as listed). I made it clear that I still wanted the saddle and Juan was quick to give me a large partial refund for the issue. Five star customer service, just don't use eBay messaging.
