Seller listed item as new, but it was used. Despite sending photos indicating prior use, I had to email more than once to convince him that this was not a new item. Seller also claimed that he could not initiate a refund for the product. This is not true. After a number of emails back and forth, I finally got eBay involved and was issued a refund. I also returned the item even though he said I didn't need to.
