Verified purchase

Already reported to Ebay admin. No response. Item was in bad condition. Need service to play proper on this saxophone. Pictures of the horn are wrong because the sax is used and about 2-3 years old by serial number. Buyers see new item on pictures but in reality this sax is completely used!!! I suggested to change pictures during testing but the seller refused it. Ebay is not reachting on this case. No buyer protection here. Be careful!!! Very disappoined and upset.!!! Beware!!!
