Product was as described. Had a problem in shipping where 13 balls were lost. I messaged/provided pictures and got a response very quickly letting me know they would replace the missing balls without any issue. Once they shipped I was provided a tracking number and they even sent a few extra balls as well. A+ experience. Would recommend and would purchase from again.
