Dishonest, disorganised seller.
1st order no tracking, waited 14 days. Seller said Royal Mail lost it, but then took +1 week & 5 messages for full refund.
2nd order w tracking came, but missing sleeves eg where we'd ordered doubles. Seller insisted parcel had been tampered & they'll claim from RM - except it was delivered safely (we wfh) & undamaged.
Asked for replacements & got refund. Pointed out they're now 2x price + extra postage to reorder. Seller claimed my address unsafe & blocked me
