Unfortunately buyers level of English is very poor, I asked them to show me the error message they were receiving when trying to use the RAM in their machine, buyer was not forthcoming with the information and instead sent abusive and threatening messages when I was trying to diagnose and troubleshoot the issue, had the screenshot been sent with error I would have refunded straight away.
