TERRIBLE customer service. Got a message saying they were unable to send the item to due to customs/delivery company. When i queried further was told i couldn't find out more info because the person messaging me was "the new guy" and was unable to see messages from other departments. But was apparently able to see messages saying the courier/customs wouldn't allow it. I have had the products come from China before with no issue so something isn't right.
