Seller indicated the item was new, opened box but did not make it VERY clear that it was missing the metal launch plate. When contacted they said they indicated it was missing in the description but I cannot see that to verify. Should have been in title that it was missing parts. Seller was willing to allow a return, but the missing part was not noticed until we had already opened and assembled everything else. Fast shipping and prompt communication, just a missed detail on both of us.
