I never got the item I ordered! A package was shipped from Japan to Canada, and I got a delivery notice however the item was incorrectly shipped to Ontario, rather than to my workplace in Calgary, Alberta. When I asked the seller to help get it to the correct address, they sent a refund and ended communication. This item was for an important work project and now I am scrambling to find another. Very disappointing and frustrating.
