Refunded customer the extra even though this wasn't my fault.. This is the first time I've ever had this and it's very strange - this was effectively the post office making a mistake on their own package and then charging for it! Unfortunately all I have is the original label, the buyer said the post office took away the letter she had and I so can't do anything about it without it.
