Item is new but seller packaging was horrible!i received my Lego set, BNIB, inside a cardboard “box” wrapped in tape. See photos. Well during shipping(or packaging) the box slid to the completely exposed sticky side of the tape. I tried my best to carefully remove the product but the tape ripped off over 50% of the printed Lego box on that side. Imagine if it was an old rare set and the box was damaged so badly due to a lack of care!
