Item grading not correct, listed as EX and might be a VG to VG+ after deep ultrasonic cleaning.
I cleaned the record as soon as received and before playing, each side has at least one track where the background noise is heard beyond the sound.
The cover has one side with a long split on top, meaning the grading is not VG+ but probably GOOD.
Overpriced for this conditions.
