After explicitly asking the seller to take care with packaging this especially heavy and bulky machine, the laptop arrived in a box that was only large enough to fit the machine at a diagonal. There was also almost no packaging. Machine was (unsurprisingly) damaged at multiple places. Seller also took several days to ship the machine, which I had originally thought was because they were looking for proper packing materials, so I could've forgiven that.

Delivery was quick but packaged inappropriately by combining to boxes with minimal padding. Arrived damaged but usable. Screen was bent but I hammered it out. Front door is broken & will not close. You can see the black scuff mark on the front that was not in the original pictures posted by seller.

When received, the scanner box looked like it had traveled 100K miles, however the scanner appeared to be in new, or like new condition. That's the good part. The bad part was that after the order was confirmed on 4/24 with a promised delivery date of 5/01-5/06, the seller then took nine days to get around to dropping it off at a Fed Ex pickup site, where it sat for another three days before Fed Ex picked it up. It was finally in Fed Ex's possession on the latest promised delivery days,
