The scarf clip shown in the photo above, with the green stones, was broken and unusable. Another, much cheaper-looking scarf clip was included. The "lot" was in no way worth the cost.

The buyer left negative feedback first without contacting me about an issue. The buyer didn’t give me an opportunity to resolve anything. Also the scarf clips I mailed were not broken when mailed. Buyer should file a claim with their local post office as all USPS Ground Advantage mail is insured up to $100.
