These Brooks shoes were described by Seller as NEW WITHOUT BOX. They were most definitely NOT NEW. The white part of the soles on new shoes is pristine white. On these shoes the white parts were yellowish. The shoes had obviously been worn and then laundered. I am 1,000% certain of this fact.
I complained to the seller. He replied insisting that they were new and offered that I could keep them for a reduced price. I declined his offer. He then accepted a return with a full refund.
