One of the bookends came apart in the post despite being well packed (just old adhesive). Seller was very professional and promptly gave a partial refund. Just disappointed at how little it was - the adhesive we need to repair it costs twice as much as what we were refunded. But still, seller is very respectful and I would still buy from them again.
