Ok I have no idea we’re to begin ok so I won and payed for this auction and I asked the lady if she can pack the horses in bubble rapping and make shor they are safe and don’t touch she said no I told her if she can pack is safe I still want it
long story short she canceled it and used the excuse buyer asked to cancel I didn’t want to cancel all I was asking was to get what I saw in the picture and keep it in the conversation I saw

Buyer was fully refunded. Buyer was demanding items that were not included in the auction and was very aggressive. Multiple red flags here from this buyer looking to destroy an honest seller's feedback. What a shame.
