The issue with this item is that it was poorly packaged. He shipped a DSLR camera in a bubble wrap envelope, hence the camera received minor damage in shipping. I reached out to the seller and I did get an apology but no adjustment or anything. The camera works perfect but the memory card door got damaged during shipping. Note to sellers.
