Was missing divider pieces that are integral to its function. I had asked if all pieces were included, the seller said that the item was "complete". Several rounds of industrial strength cleaner were unable to remove the potent perfume smell. I had to throw the whole thing in the dumpster because of the smell. Thank goodness I was able to get a full, complete refund!
