    Shipping was almost immediate upon ordering, packaging was a sturdy box with lots of crumpled packing paper, item was exactly as described, price was similar to that of other online sellers and much better than a replacement from Grohe would have been. I needed an exact duplicate of the original cartridge. Two Grohe customer service reps recommended wrong cartridges. This eBay seller had photos of the cartridge that showed the exact ID numbers I was looking for. Would order from them again.
