    I purchased this as a Xmas gift for my son. He installed it, and after driving about 15 miles, it snapped in half at the corners, and the bottom part and the mesh grill came flying off the car at 45 miles per hour. I requested a refund, which the seller declined. Because it was a Xmas gift, we were two weeks outside of the return window. I still think the seller should refund or replace the item. Don't buy this piece of junk.

    we are sorry to hear that. for the damage or loss happened after the installation we are not able to verify if it's due to the improper installation or anything else. this really depends on the person who installed it since we have been selling this a lot. not to mention that we have specified in the listing we only accept return within 30 days. we did try to provide you further assistance but unfortunately this couldn't work out for you.
