New condition and clean appearance very well made, worth the money if you want quality this beats the plastic and wooden shoe stretchers hands down. UPS could`nt make up their mind when to deliver item, first it was set for thursday, then friday, and finally saturday. I`m thinking about getting another one for the other boot, nice to have a pair of them.
