    FACTS: Light fixtures were very loosely packaged, the metal bases jostled around with the glass shades, and they arrived broken. Seller accepted return, 4 days later gave credit for purchase price, and offered $10.00 to cover return shipping. When I told him I paid the lowest P.O. cost available of $25.40, he told me he would send me that. That was 12/7/24, one month ago today, and I've received nothing. Since then, I sent 2 follow-up emails, and have not received any response.
