The bosal was the quality of something that would be drop-shipped out of India. Luckily, I was able to return it with my shipping paid for and refunded because eBay is amazing, but I have yet to hear from the seller. Guessing it was on purpose, because you can't accidentally switch out a bosal in a bridle setup.
