Item never shipped, no response to repeated messages, and after weeks eBay had to step in to make the refund. Grateful for the eBay guarantee, but mystified why a seller won’t message back if an item is unavailable after all. Things can happen, but simple communication goes a long way. Not a good eBay seller here.
