      I was amazed by the seller’s honesty, efficiency and helpfulness. Order received promptly at post office, securely packaged, but with absurdly high customs charge. Seller advised not to pay and fight, simply to refuse and force return to sender. Slow return to Albania - seller offered refund or resend. Instant refund given - found cheaper in UK. An illuminating experience which just used up time! And I don’t believe the customs charge was correct or justified (item cost £39: customs £80!)
