        The laptop arrived with a swollen battery. Seller denied that the pictures I sent could be the same laptop and was generally belligerent towards attempting any dialogue to remedy the situation. I don't usually leave feedback (particularly negative) but their utter lack of care and refusal to even look at the evidence has brought me here. I don't doubt the seller didn't know the battery had an issue; I find their handling of it left much to be desired and I'd be cautious.

        Swollen battery was only identified once the laptop's back cover was removed. There was never an evidence provided to me that it is actually the laptop that was purchased from me. I asked for the evidence, but it was not provided.
