        Despite the sellers claim on conscientiousness and the desire to ensure that they would be happy to receive everything they sell they misrepresented the product by describing as great condition. The photos had been carefully taken so as not to show that the soles were coming away on both shoes and down most of their length. No need to return as I have had them repaired but it would have been difficult not to notice the defects.

        After buyer brought this matter to my attention I immediately issued an apology and offered a free return for a full refund. Buyer refused this offer.
